Order Tracking

Shipping time is calculated starting from the time when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, rather than from the time of order placing. Invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other similar reasons, may increase the estimated shipping time. Thanks for your patience.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can find your tracking number in「My Account-My Order」. You can track your package using that number on corresponding shipping providers' websites or through their customer services.

Meanwhile, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain the tracking number at the bottom. You can click the tracking link or type the tracking number into https://www.17track.net/ to check the status of your order.

Order-to-Delivery Process, ODP

ODP is divided into two stages:

Order processing time: the time we need to get your order ready to be shipped. It relates to stock confirmation and quality inspection, and usually takes 1-3 business days.

Shipping time: the time it takes for the shipping services to deliver the package to your address since they pick up the package from our warehouse. Shipping time varies depending on your specific location.

Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days to request a return starting from when you receive the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original product packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at service@florasis.com to start a return. We will provide you the return address by this customer service email. However, you shall be responsible for shipping expenses. Once we receive the item and approve the return, a refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Please be advised that you should always first request a return by contacting us before sending to-be-returned items back to us.

Damage, Defective or Wrong Items

Please check your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issues and solve them as soon as possible.

If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume the product was not damaged or defective when you received it.  If a damaged item is returned without notifying us of the damage, we will not be able to process the return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange one bought item for another one, you can place a new order for that one once your return request is accepted, such that you can get your new item with the least amount of time.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If yes, your refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

No, we do not. These parts are Chinese brand building blocks and are compatible.
Each set of products is produced manually, and it takes about 10-30 days from production to packaging and delivery, plus logistics transportation.
Shipping from China
No, we only provide basic parts, but if the demand for individual products is large, we will consider providing it.

No, we don't ship LEGO bricks. But it is compatible with LEGO. And most of them do not include paper instructions, but will send electronic instructions to your email.
No, minfigures are not included.
